Yes, Olympics came to an end and China grab the most Gold medals finally, living the US with lots of complains. I suddenly realise not all Ang Mos are good at playing cool. Should go and search for the gymnastics games and see how the US commentors cursed everything from the judges, order of performance and the Olympiads.

I think China made a good effort in showing how they are able to create wonderful display with human bodies, that's what wow-ed the world, while in present most are trying to show how high tech they are. 中国什么没有，人口最多！

And I can't help to be amused by how good they are at giving names. They consolidate the highest search Olympiad in Google and there came "2nd brother on the right" or something, translated back as "右二哥哥" because this man, some torch guardian I think, keeps appearing in the torch passing clips and standing to the right of the torch bearer, always seen with a wide smile that seems so peaceful and sunshine. The Chinese love people with bright smiles.

Singapore was being mentioned and brought to highlight so many times in the 2-week event, thanks to our heroines Tao Li, Feng Tian Wei, Wang Yue Gu and Li Jia Wei.

I had a busy night tonight, I had dinner while watching the Bronze medal fight, then I had to switch between channels to catch both Rhythmic Gymnastics and Gold medal, Rhythmic Gym won the final choice because I find watching both China team on table has no excitement already, either won will have all 3 China flags flying. Then between 9 to 9.30 I had my head turning to and fro my windows and TV to catch the France firework display. Almost had motion sickness, wahaha.

Olympics is coming to its end on Sun, will be catching the Closing Ceremony, I hope they clear all doubts and complaints by then, especially the little girl singing the opening song. Woooo! Its all so exciting for this summer game.

My middle finger got fucking cut by my house vacuum while dismantling it! And its so deep and painful! Lucky my finger can still move.

That good for nothing thing except for its strong suction. Its so bulky, heavy and slow moving. Where got people design such sharp edges de. SHIT YOU!!!!!!

It better not leave any scars lor, else next time I point middle finger will get laughed at instead, or while my future husband was going to put the super big and shiny diamond engagement ring through my finger and decide to turn back his words when he sees that.

So many of my friends are talking about the ND Rally (especially the Librians) except me, because I'm an Olympic fan! I love the legendary Phelps! And I heart Nastia and Cheng Fei. Its going to end soon, AWWWW I will miss them for 4 years, and meet them in London.

And I really think the commenters should avoid saying suay things. I was watching the Women's Vault Finals and Cheng Fei successfully made her perfect first jump, while getting ready for the 2nd, the commenters have to talk about falling all sorts of ways during training, like face down and what ever, and then she really fall (she got only Bronze in the end)! Then for the table tennis also, they talk about missing the ball or out and things, Feng Tian Wei then did the thing they said lor, so suay mouth one leh.

Will Singapore take in one more medals in the Table Tennis singles?! No need Gold or Silver, Bronze is good enough. Jia you!!!!!!!!

Medal at LAST!

Sorry I was busy chasing Olympics.

Singapore finally won Silver in the Team Table Tennis Woman, its a new game I heard, China Gold as usual.

I was busy with gymnastics too, and those that I support had problems at the real finals. It was great! And Phelps is now the Olympics medal legend.

Anyway, was with Stine to attend her ex-colleague, Hasibah's big day. Her wedding was held at The Malay Heritage Centre. It was grand and exciting! And all of her family was so friendly and warming.



The kids are so cute, can see that they tried to go into as many pictures as possible.

We were't so daring to go around taking photos as we know no one else, and afraid to break any rules, also I didn't bring the right camera there, but it is a wonderful experience.

Stine says she wants to get married now.

Wait till I found the right dress to attend your wedding can?

Big Bird

Cousin Jaslin smsed yesterday "There is a BIG NICE BIRD at the field near your house, did you see? It has been there for days, might have escaped from some bird park."

I took time to check it just now, caught glimpse of it, but before I even get close enough to see the whole bird, it took off and flew 3 fields away. And ITS NOT NEAR, its all the way up slope!

But I'm pretty sure its a Crowned Crane.

Should it have escaped from somewhere, it could come from the Animal Resort. Took this pic while we were there 2 years ago. I remember this bird lived in pairs, once they found the other half they will stay together, such a good lover. (Thats if my friend's information is correct.)

Ulu is the place where I live, but getting such sightings every now and then is priceless! Remember the eagle and moth earlier this year?

Oh Tao Li was 5th in the Olympic 100m Butterfly!!! Only .09 sec slower then China's, she is still the highest Asian Record holder, CHEERS! Tao Li!

43 Years of Independence!

Its 9th of August again! One of my favourite holidays for the past 5 6 years, because I got to see fireworks from my windows!

Cousins came to join us in the fun, nobody can resist fireworks!

The flag choppers, came pass to go back to base.


The sky is the biggest canvas an artist could have, and our airforce had the chance to draw on them this year. Its incredible! That is going to be the greatest reason to stay at home today.
