Rejected

Anyone knows the criteria of our passport photos?

I submitted an application for my passport and after waiting for 3 days I got a notice of:-

Photo Received : REJECTED
Due to the following reason(s) :
1. Did not meet requirements for quality printing onto the passport
2. Hair covering eyebrows
3. Photo image is blurry

The first reason I don't understand, being so photoshop friendly I adjusted the sizes given on the page, and what they only stated is :

Your photograph image attachment file must be
JPEG format ('jpg' extension);
file size should be no more than 60 Kbytes;
preferred dimension of the photo image is 400 by 514 pixels;

Even its oni preferred, I did the change anyway. Its JPG and to the size they wanted.

Hair covering eyebrow ok, reasonable, but I took that photo from those photo booth and they state NOTHING about how the photo has to look like. And that blurry image, that photo I received is already blurred in the first place and its never 400 by 514 pixel and I have to enlarge and thus MORE BLUR!

Conclusion:-
Please remove ALL photo booth on earth since the gov don't except anything for them. AND WHY DOES THEY NEED 3 DAYS TO TELL ME MY PHOTO KENA REJECTED. Just double click that jpg file notice the eyebrow thing they can immediately reject le ma! WASTE MY TIME! Take your photo in studio next time, to avoid ugly photos and understand the rules of our passport photo.

p/s: I take a look at those pics i took before and I notice even those I took in studio also has fringes blocking ard, those are not use for passport la, but nabei, what are the criteria?!
