Since the first time I take notice of grooming my eyebrow, I have problem looking for THE colour and tools for them.

We all know sg is slow in everything except for cash. I remember visiting the then most in shops in sg, The Face Shop and Basic Beauty etc to search. But all they imports are colours which are so Caucasian, dark and not yellow skin friendly.

While in Jap, they are in light brows and colours that are for Asians, they are greenish browns and yellow, very hazel types. No choice I have to use the western trend and getting misunderstood for being distant due to those extra dark brows.

My wait finally ended when the personal care stores start to come to their sense and imports Jap brands. I fall in love with Canmake due to their wonderful range of eyebrow tools and colours. It's like a dream come true, those in the magazines I had been browsing in Kinokuniya comes into reality.

My thoughts did not even jump a bit when Majorica sail into this island. It's so expensive and they made you HAVE to buy a set even if you need only the brow pencil. No cheating in buying only the refill.

But good things all come to an end EVERYTIME in sg.

They stop bringing in the color I had been loyally followed for the past years, the best colour of the range.

It's 04. And what I liked about it, other then the colour, is it's flat.

And when just like last year, they finally get the eyebrow colour gels on the rack. When I had been getting my supplies desperately from ppl visiting Taiwan.

But its a disappointment that they still did not get the right colour.

The top 2 are locals and the last one from good lord Taiwan. The top one is too dark, turning me back to the distance, but the center one is way too bright!

I was saving my tummy at lunch at a particular fast food chain this afternoon.

My main was not available during my order and the cashier ask me to wait for it, so I took a seat and start with my side and drink, slowly.

But when I'm about to finish my side, the main was still not sent to me, while someone who was there later then me had gotten it already. So I went to cashier, and I have to take my bag with me cause I was there alone. I know the risk and keep turning back to make sure the scary cleaner doesn't go to my table.

While I was telling the cashier about my missing main, it took a while for them to respond to me. While they went away to collect my food, I turn to look at my table, and you guessed it.

Just within some damn 1 minute ITS CLEARED! AND THE CLEANER IS NOWHERE in sight.

Frustrated I turned back to the counter and spoke the F word. YES and a few in the queue stared at me.

The manager was at back the counter with my main, she was shocked. I wanted to ask for compensation, but just their luck, I'm in a rush. I grabbed the my food with a stare and storm out of the store.

I'm still so angry that my tummy still feel empty after dinner. It so ridiculous that the cleaner just clear a tray that is so clean with so much leftover inside, my drink is still more then half full!

Kanebo sale is good, the pricing is reasonable. If it is not for my miserable pay I would have done more.

Observation for the day:

Aunties buy skincare in cartons.

It is bad enough to be queuing behind them, to top it up,

they pour the entire content on the table
ask the cost of each product (which was already nicely done up at the area where the product was displayed)
then only pay for half of what they had picked, the staff have to return them to the rightful area.

Shopping in Singapore is similar as shopping for uniform.

Chiffon, butterfly wing tee shirts (not really dislike but do you have to import ALL in butterfly cuts?), figure-less dress, matron fashion. In every stores.

Hate lines like:

"We have this this this, its all new, similar to what you are wearing now."

My thought:

"Why would I want replicas? And I had already worn mine, so yours isn't new, its SLOW."

"Its from Korea/Japan."

Me: "..... And/So?"

I mean you could have sell me with words like, wow its the trend over there, the quality is good, its your style and all sorts of lies to make me pay for the crazy price tag, you opt for its from Korea/Japan. I don't mind MICs which looks the same at cheaper price and less comfortable, it is actually easier for me to dispose them seasonally.

Shopping overseas is really easier, but maybe it is due to time shortage that I buy on impulse?

Things Get Worst from now

Last Thursday, I felt the pain that I had never ever experience in my life.

A neck pain I thought was just stiff neck went crazy that I can only held my neck up straight, and have problem eating and sleeping. Opt for injection because it is too much for me to hold.

Woke up today and realize, it must be that new pillow. Lesson: Not all pillows are suitable for everyone and buy pillows carefully, points to the neck support pillow.

Then the world's worst news greeted me when I returned to work.

Stock take resumes THIS AUGUST.

FML. It has been just 5 fucking months! Not even half a year, and we are talking about the next Financial Year, already?!

My room is still a slum, I really don't understand why.

Took leave today because furniture was supposed to come today, at 3pm.

But received a call saying their vehicle broke down and most probably not able to reach today! Its still pretty early, why can't they change into another vehicle :(

Having fun doing measuring and looking for furniture. Then DIY Ikea bought accessories.

Found a very interesting site for ideas and making Ikea even more unique.

Really got a lot from there, and is generating ideas for my room, but funds are low. I think I'll have to go slowly, and maybe give up half way. :(

Anyway went Ikea on Friday and bought happy things.

Almost got stranded.

I went with a list and strong on buying a few to make sure I'm not going there just to have my Swedish meat balls. I toured the display area TWICE and the collection area 1.5 times, most of them are out of stock, THAT'S SICK! So I die die have to buy a shelf, which while looking through the catalog and the display, I thought it is going to be light with the price of $29.

Yes, I planned on taking the bus with the shelf. But alas, its heavy! And with the others OOS, I HAVE to buy.

Need to get cab.

Then, I thought shopping places should be able to get one very easily, but it is at the ulu Tampines factory area. Cabs seldom turn in despite having a wide taxi stand. Tried to call bro, he is out with friends.

No choice have to wait, thought of calling cab, but I can't part with my $$. Waited for half and hour, with almost crippled leg, and got it, not bad, it's still my day. How fortunate to have Ikea at Tampines, cab fare still within budget.

More furniture to come, then I will start taking photos. Its too messy now with things everywhere.

Whew finally connected up. King didn't have a space to stay for the past few days and had been sadly tucked away in the living room or some dusty corner of my empty and freshly painted room.

Paint done, but thinking of doing murals, later on.....

Now to source for furniture, because the area which I used to junk was removed together with the table. Things are now miserably packed in the wardrobe.

Note to everyone, never do built in furniture! Unless is wardrobe, and DON'T save. Really, if not short of cash I would like to redo the wardrobe. Its is the worst build in wardrobe I ever seen, all because of money saving.

School starts next week, man, its only been 2 weeks since the 3rd paper. Tired and work sucks. Yet I'm stuck there.

Mum forbids me painting the room after work.

Reasons:

Doors are closed when I sleep, no air circulation, so all the evaporating toxics will remain in the room.

Skins are weak, allergies.

Respiratory system weak, fall sick.

And people are dragging me out on weekends.

I hope I will not apply any more leaves this month because my work is all piled up during exam.

Room renovation STARTS!

Mega big useless table and shelf dismantled and gone!!

Now is filling up the lobangs on the wall and then a fresh new coat of paint. I just wish I can have all the cash and time to do up a proper, satisfying job. But no, cash strapped and not much time for everything.

I love doing these stuff! Especially covering up the holes, it feels so satisfying. HAHA.

Its so amazing to notice that the walls are THIS dirty when compared to the covered up spots.

I was living somewhere similar to slums.

And tons of things to be done in the 2 weeks of school-less days, work continues of course.

Needs to research on the next course combination and get down to register, thinks am getting only 2 modules the next semester. But it might cost me too much to take a longer time to complete, with the rising monetary value.

Should visits the dental already, feeling decays all over.

My hair needs to be tend to too.

Neither am I interested in over working myself.

It is just fair that no body is keeping their blanket warm on 7th May! AMK GRC or Sengkang West SMC, have to wake up and do some good for the country!

Kind of sympathize Ooi Boon Ewe, not that I am ever to vote for him, but having a 70yo man got flew plane by unknown assentor(s) in front of all local media, it is just sad. My mum said he actually came knocking on the door few days ago hoping to find someone who is willing do it, sad for him, he don't speak good Chinese nor Dialects, and my mum is never a politic enthusiast.

Moreover, I'm having lesson on 7th May from 10 to 5, HOW THE HELL AM I GOING TO RACE ANYWHERE!

Getting all stress up now, left school and away from examinations for I think more then a decade now, this coming June is just FRESH. 少壮不努力，老大徒伤悲 totally!

Remembers in one of the first lessons, my lecturer share with us what a taxi driver told her.

Get sick and recovered, but b4 getting back the 100% force, got beaten again.

Queen had finally passed on, I planned to revamp my room first before getting a new one cuz the current state of my room fits neither me nor a new royalty. Seems like plans never work the way you want, so why even bother to plan?

Wasting time before bed with this EEEpc that is super slow and keeps popping alert telling me that the disc space is low. And what is even better is, normally, no one will use this because of its slow speed. But my sis doesn't agree with reformatting it she says backing up is a bother. Best thing now is, the drives won't even open up! I doubt she even remember what is in it.

Been thinking that, this job is getting me really weak with its crazy air con blowing right on top of me and freezes my ass off. Top it up with the annual stock takes, and now my studies, everything is messing up my system like the Japanese nuclear plant.

Haiz, life, don't bother to plan.

Finally a break after so many challenges, typically a new home for the new year! Shiok.

Tiles fixed, furniture replaced and a new wash of paint.

Got to leave that super uncomfortable hotel stay with the past year.

Oxes is having the worst of all luck among others, not going to try to find any Mr. Right this year, ahar... No Ali for any winter shoppings, BUT summers are still best for shopping.

The one thing I'm willing to accept is a burn in the bank, to refurnish my room! Sis is finally getting the keys to their HDB, BWAHAHAHAHAH. Going to shift to make the room spacious, and also a wash of a brighter colours, and maybe "murals". Any volunteering friends?

Kids, they just grow cuter every year. Love to see all my nephews and nieces, and their funny acts. Awww, and a pup to play with this year.

Alright, done with most of the bai nians, going back to the books, hopefully... That Starhub free flow is a mega distraction.

3 lessons a week.

That is 5 days out of 7 gone.
And preparations for the Chinese New Year.

Alternatively you can meet me in town for that 2 days, but it is, too, if I got break time~

Of course holidays are holidays, I have to enjoy myself to the fullest. Reunions, please make reservations!

After having my first ever winter trip, I developed this guide, for shopaholics.

I tell you, if it is not for the tour guides, I might had been stranded at the airport. If you have yet to know, my total baggage was 39.9kg! Imagine carrying these up, down, left, right without the guides' help.

Don't try to go alone, or with other female friends. Especially if you are buying bottles, liquids and bulky packaging like me.

Get a man!

Not Gays. Men are essential. They keep you warm, be the coolies and don't do lot of shopping.

And a kid! Best be a boy.

Yes, kids saved my life! Those family who brought lots of kids did not use up their baggage quota and TADA! I made used of them, with my friends.

Having 3 seats on the plane means you get 60kg of luggage space!

So when you are all mesmerised by all the shoppings...

...your man can bring the boy to pee pee!

You know some idiot kid screams and whines saying, "I'm girl! I don't go toilet with daddy!", kind of stuff? Yeah, this solved it.

So, how do you transport your 60KG of victorious goods?!

Touched down safely this morning and not affected by the bombing at all. And everything is still in a mess! HUURRRR back to work tomorrow and it is going to be a super long day. Busy till the end of the month o_o. I am not suppose to be stress in November, it is my birthday month~~~~~~

Tour can still be fun if the guide is good. I give this 10/10! YES I love it max.

The night was cold and I had early dinner, my stomach was rumbling so hard that I was on the verge to give up grooming for breakfast.

When at last, made my Holick and settle down for the breakfast, only to find out MY BREAKFAST IS GONE! (Don't make me go into it.)

But at least the rest went as per normal, even have a sparse bus for a good nap.

I have the whole morning to sleep on Saturday, but I woke up sweating under the blanking.

Just when I start on the journey to Mordor once again one night, I was greeted the next day with news of ~~Legolas~~ Orlando Bloom getting hitched.

I got drenched in the morning just a 2 min distance from the bus stop to the building.

My 5 mins of flat ironing in the morning gone down drain like flood.

Met a pervert on bus yesterday.

Knock onto the seat on bus the day before and the blue black is crazy dark.

Had the horribbest ride on bus today, and made me miss the chance to catch some sleep on the journey.

I got up the bus and found myself a seat, after settling down, I notice the shit-head in front was at a rather odd position.

Its body was bent so far out in the aisle. From the angle of its eye, it doesn't look like it is looking for landmarks.

But I brushed it aside thinking it might be long sighted and need to look through the top of the dirty glasses.

So the journey went on until a few stops later it is at it again.

This lady walked to the front to look for the driver, and this shit head turned his head and even bend his body to the aisle again.

And as this double cabin bus makes some turn, those at the back cabin will not be able to see the front and so this asshole...

Bent further down, just like the first time I noticed! And while the bus twist and turn down a few more stops, it wriggled in it's seat like a snake, head focusing on the lady all the time!

IT IS SO FUCKING DISTURBING!

That lady is not even skimpily dressed! She has long sleeves and a pair of high waist white shorts, her shorts are not even hot pants!

She is decently covered and this thing keeps leering AT HER BUTT! Nobody deserved to be treated that way unless you paid for it desperado!

While the lady was at the middle door ready to get down, and some other commuters blocked the sight, it moved more desperate to catch more glimpse of her.

Being a bitch, I kicked his seat HARD from the back. That sent it a shock, and it retreated to normal, sat straight in attention as if being commanded.

Then, I think, it tried to turn its head to check on me, but it does not have the guts! Its head is turned, not full, but its eyes are squeezing at the ends of their sockets.

I am sure it is aiming at that lady, because she got on the bus the same stop as me and she was behind me. And after she alighted, the ass wipe took off the murky glasses and went to sleep! The timing can be more accurate!

I would have took out my water bottle and smashed on it if it is legal.

It is the 3rd of May, a holiday for SOME, and so they reduce the number of bus service.

They reduce the number when it is school holidays.

You are removing long journey bus routes, so when there is a major blackout on the island, people have to transfer like 10 buses.

Oh I forgot, commuters were trapped in NEL for nearly an hour when there was technical fault last week. No shuttle service provided. And advice people to take buses that are already squeezy during normal days.

That clinic below sucks! I went down to look for cure for my eyes, and all I got is NORMAL SALINE.

She just lost all the confidence and starts to stammer. WTF and when I describe more, she is still strong on the idea that it is just foreign particles in my eyes. "Yes, try to use eye drops to wash it out, and try other brand of lenses or even switch to daily." "It had been like that for a month." "Just try lor."

I already felt like walking out when I saw her expression change, I even felt like telling her I will just pay the consultant fee when I was told that she will prescribe NORMAL eye drops for me. But since I'm having company benefits I just take the solution.

SO NOW WHAT!!!!! WHAT CAN I DO? Where can I get a true/stable GENERAL PRACTICE clinic?!

I'm already so sad that I can't wear lenses anymore, then I meet this....... lousy doctor, I'm more depress.

My sis suggests that I go around all the clinic under my company's subsidiary. Will polyclinics be better? Higher chance of a better doctor? PLEASE GIVE ME SUGGESTIONS!

Chocolate is such a unique favour, once you crave for it, it keeps going even after you ate the fullest cream, thickest milk or buried a pack of sweets. I am already able to resist chomping too much trash, but chocolate is one that I can never quit.

Alright, have to forgo a picture post for a bunch of reasons.

1. Am lazy to adjust lighting and settings. Clearing a background.
2. Transferring is... Messy. My desktop is filled with icons and icons.
3. Messy = hard to find files = no mood for photoshopping.
4. Uploading... don't make me describe.

Ok, was to rant about how unfortunate my life is to drown a less then a month old Portable Media Player, with my water bottle. Bottle was loose + bag has a water proof lining + the PMP have the most absorbent material for its carrier = DISASTER

Wasn't able to operate it that whole night and was sulking mad, tried hair dryer for hours and still it would not work. Till when I was about to cry my unfortunate to sleep, miracle happens! So, no point photo-log it now.

Then, I read the papers think half a month ago, I almost died laughing. There was that scandal by you-know-whoooo and there was a music event around that time. And JJ Lin, after some throat recovery was crazy to sing sing sing sing sing... I hate him now btw, especially his new songs, AWFUL.

Every weekend when I try to slack at home, I found my room to some what look like a robbery scene. All this starts when I have a brother-in-law added to my family tree. Having a room to myself = throwing things around and nobody would complain! So can imagine after a whole week. Then I will spend time doing the cleaning and no time for RnR then I get so annoyed because I have plans for bling bling.

Then in the process of tiding up, I keep asking why I'm such an addict? All the makeups, skincare and what ever shit! My room will be 1/13 (made that up) larger if I am willing to part them. Also my room has the worst layout it can ever have, I have to move tools every morning to my full length mirror and leave them on the floor, I used to put them back, but like I say, no complains now! Thus dust will float in and land snugly on the ground, until one fine morning I was horrified to discover particles on my blush brush.

So I made trips to Amazing Daiso to seek for help. 施了‘乾坤大挪移’, and now wait to see if the positioning is better. I'm looking out for covered holder for the brushes, what I have in mind is those chopstick stands with cover, but damn it, all this holders are so big! I still want to remove these fixed furniture!

I think I duckling sprained by ankle last Tuesday, and it has been going on and off. 10 years away from sports, and sprained it while walking along Orchard, suay! I need sometime to get back to normal lifestyle.

After 3 months of rushing to prepare something, I'm now so aimless. I had dropped the habit of browsing beauty blogs and videos, and about to drift off Facebook games. They say you need 3 months to quit a habit once and for all, but now I need them to fill up time gap.

Now I'm like, have time go some where do something. Yet go where do what?

Shopping - No upcoming event, no need to. And just did.
Eat - har? Never an eat/drink person, plus too much over the holidays and recovering from sore throat.
Play - No friend sporty enough. Also had KTV on Friday till 1(? )
Slack - When I stepped into my room last night I wonder what had I done for the week? It is more messy then the one before spring cleaning, need another one again, can't slack..... Seriously need to plan for revamp.

Only thing on mind is to bling something, some DIY, any artsy crafty thing
Can't decide which one to execute.

It is the most tiring CNY that I remember and everything doesn't seems to be the same for the past years.

It might be the extra celebration I have in January. All the way from December I have to be crazy for Christmas and New Year, home bound for her montage. Then the mad rush for everything in the first 2 weeks of the year, early spring clean, sisters' briefing, dress fitting etc.

I have only less then a month for fashion shopping. Totally packed my weekends for them.

Have only like 2, 3 hours in the Chinatown night market.

No idea why I still need to do so much for a 2nd spring cleaning.

Minimise home decoration.

Totally no mood to go River Ang Bao.

I start slacking at the CNY eve night, where I used to be buzzing around helping my mum. Absolutely not self-helping at any visit.

I got so tired that I went coma the moment my head touches my pillow.

Haven't been visiting Facebook games for the 3 whole days. I'm so reluctantly typing this post too.

I don't think it is the absence of 1 of my mum's daughters, because the work load is the same as always.

I think desperately scanning all the free SCV channels every quarter is a cause also.

The Tiger year have things very uncommon.

The weather is extremely ridiculously hot and humid these days.

It was so empty and quiet at homes that we visit which were madly packed previous years.

Friends meet ups were ALL cancelled or changed, even if it was planned way before hand.

Loads of people gets sick, and I'm having a damn lousy complexion for the year!!!!! Face all dull, outbreaks, peeling and allergically RED.

Its official that I am allergic to all sorts of lip gloss, lip sticks and most of off shelves lip balms. My upper lips get scaly on application, AND I have a bunch of Maybelline gloss on hand. KNS, any one wants them?? Some are still brand new. The only lip balm I can use currently claims to be organic. I guess I have to thank all those beauty tip on 24 hr lip balms, exfoliation and lip mask etc, I swore off all chemical skin care now.

The scaly and frictionless fingers are known to be eczema, uncontrollable, unpredictable and largely unknown about its cause and cure. Curse it! Its the worst disease ever happen on human. Who/What ever created this is such a loser! And who gets them needs loads of sympathy.

Question:
Why would Ms Talib (you know that PE teacher back in ZH) recognise and tap Stine's shoulder, out of zillion people on Orchard road?

Maybe I'm in the TAF club? But still its scary!

And the dresses in Singapore are so twins, triplets, quadruplets! Its either a strapless or pinafore/cheong sam cut. Creative ones stay in Warehouse, ZARA and whatever shops ION holds. I am open for so many designs like halter, off shoulders, asymmetric shoulder or at least thick straps. BUT NONE!
